Y.O.T.L.O.T., an acronym for Youth of Today, Leaders of Tomorrow, is a place where high school-aged students can meet, mingle, play games and study. Y.O.T.L.O.T. features:
- Foosball, air hockey and pool table
- Game systems
- Music, karaoke and stage
- Snack bar
- Teen services available
- Computer access and free WIFI available
- Comfortable seating areas to hang out

Located next to Y.O.T.L.O.T, the City of Bell has it's very own skateboarding park with a course that features multiple areas from novice to expert that challenge skateboarders of all skill levels. It's a great place to hang out and practice.
