SUMMER FUN 2010!

What better way to enjoy the summer time than to take advantage of everything that Bell has to offer? Play in parks, take classes, swim, join a sports league, or go on a Bell excursion. Bell has something for everyone.

Safety Counts

Summertime fun means more outdoor play time. Please remember that keeping your children safe is just as important as keeping them involved in summer activities. Consider age appropriate outdoor activities with proper supervision, especially if your children will be visiting the beach or swimming in a pool. For safe and supervised water play bring your children to Veterans' Memorial Park or Little Bear Park. The water play feature will operate afternoons daily beginning May 28th, warm weather permitting. If your child enjoys bike riding, make certain to properly fit him/her with a helmet and discuss bike safety for riding in traffic.

Remember, wear sunscreen and drink lots of water during summertime play.

Friday Family Film Nights & Great Summer Excursions

For warm summer nights, Family Film Night returns to Little Bear Park under the stars, and Veterans' Memorial Park in the Clubhouse. And for those who want to enjoy a day away, Bell offers summer family trips to such exciting places as Catalina Island, Orange County Fairgrounds, Cabrillo State Beach, Redondo Beach and Pier, the California Science Center, and a Dodger game. Register at the Bell Community Center.
